Helping pool and spa supplies customers avoid the same fate
In my opinion, Poolweb is a pool and spa supplies company with no integrity, accountability, or customer service. By shopping with them my family ended up in the following situation:
- Loss of money
- Loss of time
- Unnecessary stress
- Need to still purchase elsewhere
“Avoid at all costs”
Poolweb literally stole $1,500 from me by sending me the wrong pool cover and not taking it back. Had to reverse the credit card charge.
“Scammers that should not be in business”
I made a mistake from purchasing my pool equipment from this company and will never make that mistake again. Buyer beware!
“They don’t care about their customers”
So disappointed in the experience I had with Poolweb. Why would they be so short sighted and greedy and not take responsibility for their mistakes?
